  I love anything and everything if you can dance to it! I love pop and keeping up with the top 40 hits, cannot help myself with a good 90’s throwback, secretly a huge Motown fan, and at home I unapologetically listen to all the Disney and Broadway musical soundtracks.

• My Relationship with Music:

  I think music is special in the way it can bring people together, draw out powerful emotions, or elicit memories connected with a song. I took piano lessons for many years and played flute, alto sax, and bassoon in my school’s band. I also have been dancing since I was five and have not stopped since. I'm trained in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, hip hop and danced professionally for several companies in the Twin Cities and Chicago. Music is a huge part of my life in every way: creating it, dancing to it, or building connections through it.
